Talent Acquisition Specialist

The company is rapidly growing, new projects and ideas come to life every day, therefore our small and super-friendly HR team requires support. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist starting immediately or by appointment. This job is for a minimum of 6 months with a strong possibility to grow into a permanent one.

As the owner of the whole recruitment process you will drive all recruitment phases in collaboration with our managers and our HR team to attract and hire talents for our organisation. 

Reporting into the Head of HR, your responsibilities include:

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment, from job description, market research, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
  • Partner closely with line managers in order to define hiring strategy in line with business needs
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract the best talent for the organisation
  • Leverage existing talent acquisition channels and explore new opportunities
  • Build talent pools and anticipate the company’s requirements
  • Influence and drive hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Participate to onboarding
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement recruitment policies and procedure
  • Set up and implement a clear career development path with milestones and goals to drive the personal growth of talents from Junior to Expert roles

For this position you bring the following qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent practical experience
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a talent acquisition function
  • Proven track record of sourcing and identifying top talents for an organisation
  • Passionate about recruiting and dedicated to deliver a high class service experience
  • Ability to have a full vision of the organisation and propose excellent recruitment strategy
  • Positive attitude and strong organisational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent IT skills
